We will meet for one hour a week for an initial commitment of six weeks. This class encourages self-reflection and application of your learnings. Each week you'll decide a specific\, reasonable way to live out the lesson you've covered. The goal is to first gain a deeper understanding of your values\, and second to actively grow in those values! Class dates: Feb. 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, Mar. 1\, 8 - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
