Join Otter Tail County Historical Society executive director Chris Schuelke and his crew of actors as they kick off Summerfest weekend with the spine tingling Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour on Friday\, June 13\, beginning at 8 p.m. The tour begins in the lobby of the historic River Inn on Mill Street. Friday the 13th is a perfect date to take a twilight stroll through downtown Fergus Falls exploring some of the community's more colorful characters and notorious events. As the tour weaves through the streets we will explore stories and visit sites where actual events took place. Talented actors bring people to life as we delve into murder cases\, illegal liquor\, escaped State Hospital patients and even the county's first official execution. Even if you have been on previous Mystery Tours\, new stories have been uncovered that shed light on the other side of Fergus Falls.
