DESCRIPTION:Earth Day Clean-Up 2019!\n\nSpring is here\, snow is melting\, and garbage is EVERYWHERE. To celebrate Earth Day this year\, let's lend a hand in cleaning up and beautifying our community for a better\, cleaner leap into our outdoor summer fun!\n\n\n\nWhen: Saturday\, April 20th\, 2019\, 1:00-4:00\n\nWhere: meet at City Hall Park (located behind City Hall\, downtown Fergus Falls)\n\n\n\nWhat we will provide: Hefty bags\, gloves\, nabbers\, and grabbers (but are limited\, so bring yours if you have!)\; what we need: baggers ( --- that's you!) Bottled water and snacks will also be provided \n\n\n\nThe plan: meet at location @ 1:00pm. We will designate and chart cleanup routes to make sure as much ground is covered as possible. The focus points will be the Riverwalk\, Downtown (Lincoln Ave. and all side streets)\, Lake Alice\, and heavily-trafficked foot/bike paths and routes.\n\n\n\nIf possible\, participants are encouraged to bring back their haul (including recyclables) to the original meeting spot by 4:00pm so we can see the impact we made in our cleanup.\n\n\n\nFollowing the cleanup\, participants are encouraged to head over to Union Pizza and Brewing Co. for Happy Hour and to pat ourselves on the back for a job well done.\n\n\n\nPlease wear comfortable\, weather-appropriate clothing and walking shoes!
