DESCRIPTION:TWO PART EVENT - Saturday\, October 12th\, 2019\n\nKid friendly "Trunk-R-Treat" - 5pm-6pm\n\nSpooky costume party @ The Spot - 6pm-close\n\n\n\nIt's that spooky time of year where ghouls\, vampires\, and witches roam.\n\n\n\nJoin us for a kid-friendly Trunk-r-Treat in the "old flour mill" parking lot behind Service Food! Participate by bringing your decorated vehicle to display while you hand out treats to kids! Or participate by bringing your kids to gather treats from trunks! Test out your Halloween costume before the big day\, or get ideas for your or your kids' costume! Businesses\, organizations and groups are encouraged to bring a vehicle and treats! Help bring in the Halloween season! No scary costumes\, please. The Trunk-r-Treat portion of this event will take place from 5pm-6pm.\n\n\n\nOnce the treats are collected and trunks are closed\, head on over to The Spot (220 W. Lincoln Ave.) where Fergus Brewing Company will be debuting their newest fall brew: Toastie Ghostie! Fill your caldron with this bubbly brew and enjoy other drink specials while gazing at all the ghastly costumes (some costumes may not be especially "kid friendly" and/or too spooky) and listen to live music from Sonus Nexus and performances by DJ Frankenlegs and DJ Slice Launcher! Costumes encouraged! Music at The Spot starts at 6pm!\n\n\n\nThis is a ghoulish opportunity to draw in a Halloween lovin' crowd\; we encourage downtown businesses to create interactive d cor (think "spooky selfie station" or "build-a-bat" craft) and offer enticing discounts to those in costume.\n\n\n\n .We did the mash\,\n\nit caught on in a flash\,\n\nwe did the mash\,\n\nWE DID THE MONSTER MASH .\n\n\n\nSponsored by the Fergus Falls Downtown Riverfront Council.\n\n-Free / Free will donation event-
