DESCRIPTION:Free Diabetes Management Seminar at LRH May 28th\n\n \n\n(FERGUS FALLS\, Minn.) A refresher on the basics of diabetes and diabetes education\, carbohydrate counting and medication management will be offered by Lake Region Healthcare's Diabetes Educators on Thursday\, May 28th. \n\n \n\n"This session will be valuable for anyone interested in learning more about managing diabetes" said Julie Hamre\, Certified Diabetes Educator\, Licensed Dietitian and Registered Dietitian at LRH. Hamre will be one of the presenters at the seminar along with Janice Needham Spies RD\, LD\, CDE and Kayla Wagner RD\, LD\, CDE Eligible. \n\n \n\nThe session begins at 4:30 and will conclude by 6:30pm.  In addition to the presentations and Q&A\, a snack will be served and informational materials will be available for attendees. \n\n \n\nPlease call 218-736-8101 for more information.  Guests are encouraged to call if they plan to attend\, however it is not necessary.  The session is free and open to the public and will be held in the Cancer Center Conference room.
