He will help businesses determine where their vulnerabilities are and how to remedy them. Sometimes\, employees are unexpectedly in dangerous situations and Bergren will offer tips for dealing with these types of potentially violent encounters:\n\n	Strangers -- difficult\, agitated or enraged customers -- how to diffuse the situation\n	Co-workers who become angry\n	Domestic situations that transfer into the workplace\n	Dealing with people under the influence or battling mental illness\n\nThis seminar is designed for business owners\, both large and small\, general managers\, front-line managers\, customer service employees\, HR professionals and anyone else who is interested in improving the safety of their work environment.\n\nThis Lunch & Learn is FREE for Chamber Members\, but space is limited\, so you must RSVP to the Chamber\n\nBring your own lunch.\n\n$20 General Public
