Post the name of someone to be remembered here on FB or write their name on the gym chalk board. We would be proud to honor them. \n\n \n\nTuesday is Shake up Your Fitness Routine!  Enjoy free shakes from 11a-1p and 4p-6p. Maybe try a new work out routine or a new move.\n\n \n\nWednesday is "Chamber Day".  More details to come \n\n \n\nThursday is Game Day! Bring it on! Wear your favorite team hat\, piece of clothing\, etc. Participate in fitness competitions and win prizes! There will be something for everyone to try!\n\n \n\nFriday Dinner is on us!  Stop by between 4p-6p for pulled pork\, munchies\, and refreshments.  Can't wait to see you all!
