DESCRIPTION:In house Chef Nicholas Aune will be preparing a special New Year's Eve\, 5 course\, Surf and Turf Dinner at Dining Car #423 in the depot by the Library. Included in the dinner will be an appetizer choice\, as well as a gourmet soup and salad. The Main Course will be scallops in a lime-honey viniagrette\, and hanger steak with a sauce Narendra. Dessert will be Nick's secret "dreamcicle" Creme Brulee. Also available will be selections from Dining Car #423's extensive wine and craft beer list\, and we will be rolling out some special post dinner wines and ales to sample for those that care to linger.
