The detailed timeline is below:\n\n	Santa starts the day by flying in to the airport at 10 a.m. Photos with Santa will be available at the airport from 10-11:30 a.m.\n	Photos with Santa at Springboard for the Arts 11:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.\n	Carriage Rides - Pick-up at Kaddatz Galleries\, 12-5 p.m.\n	Food trucks\, snacks\, games - Court Street from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.\n	Art & Artisan Market at Kaddatz Galleries\, 12-5 p.m. - including holiday card printmaking\, demonstrations and exhibitions and the big drawing at 4 p.m. for the Art Raffle fundraiser.\n	Live Music - Market Pavilion from 12-5 p.m.\n	Christmas Light Exchange - Market Pavilion from 12-3 p.m. Bring a nonperishable food item (for the Food Shelf) and receive LED holiday lights in exchange. Hosted by Otter Tail Power Co.\n	The big finale is the lighting of the Christmas tree and fireworks in Wright Park around 5:30 p.m.\n	On your way home\, drive through the Otter Cove Festival of Lights at the Kirkbride\, 5-9 p.m.\n\nPlan your day around celebrating downtown with friends and family.\n\nPlease note the downtown streets will be closed to create a pedestrian-friendly promenade. All public parking lots will remain open.
