You will learn one simple trick for getting perfectly grilled steaks at the right temperature every time with no thermometer necessary. This class is BYOC (Bring Your Own (Lawn) Chair). We will be grilling in the parking lot. Class fee is $10.00\, plus tasting fee of $12.00 paid to instructor.
