All proceeds go toward the Women United's Imagination Library program in Otter Tail County. Imagination Library was created by Dolly Parton in 1996. This program provides FREE\, high-quality\, age-appropriate books in the mail to children from birth to age 5. Otter Tail County has 500 children currently on the program with a waiting list of 200. The cost of this program is $30 a year for United Way as it's a FREE program for families.
