Cha Cha: Versatile Cha Cha is danced to Latin music but also to much of the rock n' roll music, with or without a Latin beat.

Foxtrot: Foxtrot remains the most popular social dance in the world today. It's enjoyed for its ease of movement, smooth style and moderate tempo making it one of the easiest dances to learn.

Nite Club 2-Step: Great dance for any social occasion; informal and easy to learn. Dance Nite Club to contemporary soft rock (love songs).

Rhumba: Called the "Dance of Love," Rhumba, is a slow - moderate tempo Latin-based dance that can be danced to all your contemporary favorites, with or without a Latin beat.

Salsa: This "hot" Latin-style dance is very popular with the club scene and more informal than its ballroom counterpart, Mambo, while the step patterns remain the same. This lively dance is distinguished from other Latin dances with its unique "sound."

Swing (Jitterbug): Learn the Basics of single-step East Coast Swing. Also called the Jitterbug, ECS is the most versatile of the swings and can be danced to all your rock n' roll and swing music; It is fun, fast, and easy to learn.

Waltz: Waltz, danced in 3/4 timing, with its recurring, even beats of music allows the dance movements to be smooth and flowing. Waltz is always a favorite on the dance floor.
