The Champion Citizen’s program recognizes graduating seniors who foster good all around citizenship in the Fergus Falls area.
These students are recognized at this luncheon, sponsored by Chamber members, and three students will be drawn at random to receive a $250 scholarship from the Chamber of Commerce.
