Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour
Delve into history's dark side with the Otter Tail County Historical Society's Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour on Thursday, July 11, 8 p.m. This popular twilight walk through downtown Fergus Falls explores some of the city's more colorful characters and notorious events. As the tour weaves through the streets, stories and people come to life such as the boy scout merit badge counsellor who used his axe skills for nefarious purposes other than chopping camp wood. We will hear stories and visit sites where events actually took place such as the dead body found in a hotel that was discovered only after guests complained about the foul ordor coming from the room. As historical characters come to life, the Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour may not be for young children or those easily frightened. Come and join a tour that is quickly becoming one of Fergus Falls must see events.
