Explore strategies for engaging guests in the meal experience. Learn how to make adverse menus that caters to different dietary needs including options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free individuals. We will make a variety of foods followed by tasting. Class fee of $10 at time of registration plus supply fee of $15 payable to instructor on day of class.
