Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Release stress and tension using the therapeutic vibrations and sounds of a sound bath. Relax into this 50minute sound bath using props, blankets and mats. Please bring a blanket and dress in warm layers with a cozy pair of socks.
Please join us in this restorative practice on Sept 17th 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
