Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)
LB Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and able Full-Time Maintenance Assistant - some weekend work required. Must have a current and valid Driver's license. Duties involve general maintenance tasks as well as grounds work including weeding, spraying, watering, etc. Position is responsible for taking care of garbage, locking and unlocking doors, general cleaning and maintenance, and for performing work to keep facility and buildings in good condition.
