LB Homes Annouces John Zwiers Retirement
LB Homes’ Board of Directors is pleased to announce some exciting leadership changes within our organization.
We are pleased to announce that Heather Hickman has been appointed as our Interim Executive Director effective immediately. She will continue to lead the Human Resource function as well. Heather has been a valued member of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication in her role as HR Director. We are confident in her ability to lead LB Homes and to carry out our mission of providing Christ-Centered Care and Support.
Heather will be replacing John Zwiers, who has been the CEO of LB Homes for over 23 years. John will be retiring from healthcare at the end of the year. We are grateful for his remarkable leadership and dedication over the years. John has made significant contributions to our organization, and he will be greatly missed. Please join us in wishing him a happy and fulfilling retirement.
Additionally, we are delighted to share that Lisa Vogel will continue to serve as our Administrator. Lisa has been a key player on our management team, consistently demonstrating exceptional performance and dedication. We are confident in her ability to support our team and drive our mission forward.
We are also pleased to announce that JoAnne Seeger will continue as our Business Office Manager and be a vital addition to LB Homes’ management team. We will be leveraging JoAnne’s expertise to enhance our financial operations. Her contributions and dedication have been invaluable.
