Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Professional at Brian Riches Financial Services Inc. located in Fergus Falls, MN. The Administrative Professional will be responsible for managing administrative processes, handling customer inquiries via multiple forms of communication, along with providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include managing office communications, coordinating office activities, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
 
Qualifications

  • Experience with Administrative Processes and managing office activities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with client interaction and record maintenance
  • Basic understanding client interaction and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
