Post Frame Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Post Frame Construction worker to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working outdoors with a team. This is a full-time position with a requirement to work Monday-Friday. Previous Post Frame building experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Erect post frame buildings from start to finish.
• Clean or prepare construction sites.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.

Skills

• Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Operations Monitoring- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Time Management- Managing one's own time and the time of others. Be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, dedication, and customer satisfaction.
• Mathematics- Using mathematics to solve problems and the ability to add/subtract fractions.
