Ag Commission Gene Hugoson Listening Session

The listening sessions are designed to provide everyone involved in Minnesota's farm and food economy (producers, processors, retailers, lenders, etc.) with an opportunity to meet with Minnesota Department of Agriculture leaders to talk with them about the opportunities and challenges they see ahead. These sessions give us the Dept. of Agriculture an opportunity to hear from a variety of groups and answer questions on the current situation with agriculture and the economy.

The session will follow an agenda of a few opening comments (10-15 minutes) from the Commissioner, followed by Commissioner Hugoson leading a question and answer session that will take up the remainder of the time allotted, around 90 minutes.
