Barn quilts are a vibrant display of outdoor art. They are large flat pieces of wood painted to look like a quilt block, comprised of simple geometric shapes, and painted in bright colors. They hang on barns, houses, fences, or integrated into a garden. They are beautiful displays of Americana Folks Art that celebrates women's contribution to agriculture. You will leave with patterns and ideas for making additional barn quilts.
