Work/Life Fusion & Holding Yourself Accountable (Instructor: Heather Ostrowski, M-State)
Identify the roles and demands you take on when you become a leader and develop strategies for balancing those demands by building a weekly workplan template that embraces priorities, establishes and enforces boundaries and infuses energy into every day.
- Analyze where you spend time, while identifying time wasters, energy builders and distractions.
- Identify your key roles, goals and priorities.
- Build an individualized weekly plan/schedule that embraces priorities, enforoces boundaries and maintains your energy for a healthy balance of productivity and personal wellness.
- Describe a process for self-coaching and motivation.
- Define and draft SMART goals based on your role and responsibilities
- Create a plan for continually checking-in and holding yourself accountable.
