It's that time of the year when families gather to make this traditional Norwegian staple. Younger generations are interested in learning techniques and secrets to making perfect lefse. Bring to class a container and any lefse making equipment you may have (grill, Lefse sticks, rolling pin, rolling board). Class fee of $10 at time of registration plus supply fee of $20 payable to instructor on day of class.
