For Staff/Volunteers - Our food handlers are important to our facility as they are a person who works in a food facility and performs any duties that involve the preparation, storage, or service of food in a food facility. You should know and practice the same principles as managers when it comes to food safety. You will not only receive the training but also applicable knowledge you can use going forward to help keep your establishment safe from foodborne illness. This does not provide a certificate to receive the CFPM through MN but does include a demonstration of knowledge test and certificate of completion.
