Vining Watermelon Day

Vining Watermelon Day is on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Activities for the day include "Run for the Melon" 5K/10 Run/Walk starting at 8am, an Art & Craft Show, Children's Games. Food, BINGO, Musical Entertainment, a Petting Zoo & an Evening Parade at 7pm. FREE watermelon is served beginning at 11am.

Our Nyberg Sculpture Park, located near the Big Foot Gas & Convenience Store, is also a place of interest for people visiting our area.
