YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Celebrate Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA with a FREE community event created to get kids moving, learning and families living healthier. Get a jump start on a healthy summer!

• Family Fitness -- Zumba
• Obstacle Course
• Camp Games - parachute, relay races
• "Fruit Walk" -- like a Cake Walk but healthier & just as tasty!
• Bounce House
• Army National Guard - inflatable football toss & Army PT test
• Kids Bike Rodeo (bring your own bike & helmet)
• Plant veggie seeds with Bluebird Gardens
• Coloring
• Make a healthy snack
• Make an edible necklace
• Learn about dental hygiene, pediatrics clinic, "Lake Region Takes Root" community garden
• Visit with FF Fire Dept. & Ringdahl Ambulance
• Register for Summer Day Camp (free gift!)
• Donations accepted for Humane Society of Otter Tail Co.
