You're Only a Leaders if Others Follow

This course will help the participant gain the knowledge and skills required to be a successful leader and build a high-performing, engaged work team. The course consists of two sessions: The Needs of Followers and Lead with Your Strengths. Both sessions will be highly interactive with experiential activities and debriefs that illustrate key theories and techniques. Participants will complete Clifton Strengths assessment between Sessions 1 and 2. Participants will practice theories and techniques using realistic, job-related examples.
