Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Victor Lundeen Company, Fergus Falls MN
Start Date: May 1, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all business transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits.
- Track and manage expenses, income, and receivables.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a small to mid-sized business environment is a plus.
