We're looking for a detail-driven Senior Accountant to join our Fergus Falls, MN Finance team and take ownership of monthly financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls. What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing and distributing monthly financial statements and support P&L reviews
• Manage and reconcile the general ledger; compile monthly balance sheet documentation
• Prepare monthly journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the fixed asset system, including capital expenditures and related policies
• Perform financial analysis — product profitability, cost accounting, and more
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and internal control structures
• Provide backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliations
• Back up the monthly inventory process and perform internal audit procedures
• Assist with schedules and working papers for the annual financial statement audit
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
• MAS 500 experience a plus
• Familiarity with sales tax regulations a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
• Clear communication skills — written and verbal
• High level of professionalism and integrity
