As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face that our patients first encounter. You'll guide patients through their care plans, ensuring a seamless and informative experience while supporting our dynamic practice through this transformational journey.

  • Craft Memorable Experiences: Deliver exceptional customer service that ensures every patient feels welcomed and valued.
  • Guided Care Coordination: Align patient care plans with their individual goals for health and aesthetic treatments.
  • Master of Schedules: Efficiently manage scheduling for consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
  • Patient Education: Inform patients about our regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, and functional wellness services.
  • Promotional Support: Boost marketing efforts and assist with patient communications and events.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise patient records using our EMR system.
  • Assist and Organize: Undertake administrative tasks including front desk phones, correspondence management, office supply maintenance, and internal communications.
  • Financial Assistance: Process payments and handle basic financial tasks involved in patient care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with both clinical and administrative teams to enhance practice growth and operations.

What We Seek:

  • Experience in patient care coordination or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong administration skills, particularly in front office management and basic finance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR software (training provided if needed).
  • A professional, health-conscious image reflective of our practice’s values.
  • Enthusiasm for personal health and wellness, showcasing the ethos of our treatments.
  • Experience in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or chiropractic practices is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Interest in sales and marketing with an aptitude for promoting our services.

Compensation: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience, performance during interviews, and demonstrated professionalism in a client-facing role.

Trial Period: A two-day paid trial will be conducted to ensure the candidate is a good fit for the role and that our team is the right fit for them.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
