Overview
Minnesota Motor Company, a busy and reputable GM Dealership, is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Auto Mechanic to join our service team. The pay for this position is based on production, experience, and starts at a flat rate of $30 per hour with the potential for bonus pay. Expected pay is $50,000 - $100,00 per year based on productivity and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work according to GM standards
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow dealership processes
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

Requirements:

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with GM service procedures and OEM tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume workflow

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
