Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
  • Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
  • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
  • Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
  • Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
  • Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools.
  • Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment.

Basic Skills

Technical Skills

  • Equipment Maintenance- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
  • Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Operation and Control- Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
  • Operations Monitoring- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
  • Repairing- Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
  • Troubleshooting- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

Systems Skills

  • Judgment and Decision Making- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
  • Systems Evaluation- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

  • Management of Material Resources- Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
