Registered Behavior Technician
Lakes Country Service Cooperative is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to begin working as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will work at the Fergus Falls Lakes Country Academy (LCA) site. The RBT position is a salaried position with 182 annual work days, 8 hours per day. The RBT assists the Lakes Country Academy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LCA BCBA) with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA. Specific job duties include:
- Direct (time with students and staff)
- Support to staff in struggling classrooms
- Support to staff with struggling students
- Model behavior interventions
- Responding to Codes
- Indirect
- Data collection and analysis in collaboration with LCA BCBA
- Incident report management assistance
- Active participant in behavior meetings
- Supervision meetings with LCA BCBA
