Controller / Chief Financial Officer

Park Region is a dynamic and innovative regional communications company located in the heart of the lakes area in west central Minnesota. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our team. The Controller is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting of the company. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, implements financial controls, and provides strategic insights to support executive decision-making. The Controller will manage accounting functions, regulatory compliance, and internal financial systems while working with the leadership team and the GM/CEO.

Job Title: Controller/CFO

Department: Administrative

Salary Range & Status: $125,00 - $140,000 | Exempt (Salary)
This range is subject to adjustment – either lower or higher – based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Hours: Typically 8am-5pm M-F with flexibility as an exempt position requires.

Location: Underwood, MN (This position requires on-site attendance.)
