FACILITIES SPECIALIST

Lakeland Mental Health Center, Fergus Falls, MN, has a Facilities Specialist position available. Duties of this position include overseeing general construction projects, managing the company fleet program, handling all maintenance for the organization, managing facility-related contracts, and handling all insurance contracts (Property, Liability and Auto) for the organization as well as other duties to support the general operations of LMHC. This position could be full- or part-time, depending on candidate preference. Applicants must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
