Village Cooperative of Fergus Falls, in Fergus Falls, MN. Is managed by Paramark Corp, a growing property management company based in Rochester, MN with properties in MN, WI, IA, IL, CO and ND. We are seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team. This 20 hours per week position will start as soon as possible, and you must pass our background check. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
  • Complete cleaning requests or tasks promptly.
  • Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and outside of buildings and grounds are well maintained.
  • Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance, and that everything is in working condition: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
  • Show respect for all Members at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service focused

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be dependable
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, walking, bending, stooping, reaching frequently, exposure to cleaning chemicals, work indoor/outdoor
