Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)

LB Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and able Full-Time Maintenance Assistant - some weekend work required. Must have a current and valid Driver's license.

Duties involve general maintenance tasks as well as grounds work including weeding, spraying, watering, etc.  Position is responsible for taking care of garbage, locking and unlocking doors, general cleaning and maintenance, and for performing work to keep facility and buildings in good condition.  Other duties may involve routine maintenance and repair of electrical or mechanical equipment, installing and assembling equipment, painting, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of the buildings and grounds. In addition, position is responsible for transporting nursing home residents and their belongings as needed.
