ADULT SERVICES PRACTITIONER

LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking two full-time Adult Services Practitioners to provide case management and rehabilitative mental health services to adults in the community setting.  No degree required!  Minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience required - OR - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
