Home Instead has a comprehensive onboarding program that delivers in-depth and hands-on instruction, providing our caregivers with all the tools they need to be skilled, prepared, and confident to care.
Starting at $16- $18/hour with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) and full-time or part-time available for caregiving positions in Fergus Falls and the surrounding areas! Hiring for day and evening shifts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Medication reminders
- Errands
- Assistance to & from appointments
- Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
- Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
