Supply Chain Director

The Supply Chain Director will manage and lead the effective and efficient operation of the Supply Chain Department (inclusive of purchasing functions) across all locations. The Supply Chain Director develops high quality services across all functions of this department including: GPO Management, Contract Management, MMIS Management, Capital Projects, Purchasing, Ordering, Receiving, Shipping, Printing, Forms control, Inventory Management, and Inventory control of all medical-surgical and office supplies, and some building and remodeling projects. Under the direction of the CFO, this position shall plan, develop, coordinate, and manage Supply Chain functions in accordance with policies, procedures, goals, and overall direction of Lake Region Healthcare Corporation.
Compensation
This position has a pay range of $95,850-$132,330 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
- Education/Special Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Business area is preferred. Two years of college in Business Management and/or 3-4 years’ experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain may be substituted for a four-year degree. Knowledge of accounting, basic computer skills, and telecommunication skills needed. Must be strong in management and motivational skills. Must understand the procurement process: ordering, receiving, inventory control, and credit returns.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
- Must be able to attend the work site as scheduled and be able to accommodate a flexible schedule to meet demands of a 10 ½ hours per day 5 day per week and 8 hours per day weekends and holidays departmental operation. Requires various trips in and out of the building for errands and general procurement.
