Daily Operations: Comfortable managing trip details via phone and ensuring all mileage and routes are documented clearly. 
 
Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Fergus Falls and the surrounding Otter Tail County area.
 
Requirements (MN Standards):
 
Must pass a DHS NETStudy 2.0 fingerprint-based background check.
 
Must be able to obtain/maintain First Aid & CPR certification (We provide/coordinate training).
 
Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs.
