We are looking for a temporary full-time Transportation Assistant to fill in for our main Driver who will be out on leave. This position will be a minimum of twelve weeks with a potential for longer. This is a role where your energy, compassion, and commitment to service will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents and patients. In this position, you will ensure the safe, timely, and comfortable transport of individuals, equipment, and supplies throughout our long-term care community. Your work helps residents maintain access to appointments, therapies, social activities, and daily routines that enrich their quality of life. Because this role involves close interaction with residents and supports direct care operations, Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is preferred (CNA) but not required.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience; weekend differential.
Expected Hours: We are looking for a part-time individual to fill this role. Schedule will be determined based on availability, but daytime coverage is needed each week. Applicants must also be able to work during regular business hours or later to support return transports, assigned on-call shifts, and occasional weekend or after-hours events.
