Otter Tail County is accepting applications for to fill Seasonal Engineering Aide or Seasonal Engineering Technician positions. Seasonal Engineering Aide: The purpose of this position is to aid in highway surveying as well as perform other tasks. Seasonal Engineering Technician: The purpose of this position is to design, survey and inspect road construction sites/projects.
