Under the direction of the Licensed Nurse, provides nursing and related services to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessment and individual plans of care. Under the supervision of the RN Charge Nurse, provides nursing and related services and supervises or monitors staff to assure delivery of care according to each assigned resident's individual care plan.
