2025 Park Region Annual Meeting & Customer Appreciation Event
UNDERWOOD, MN – Park Region hosted over 400 members and customers at their 2025 Park Region Annual Meeting and Customer Appreciation Event on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Underwood Public School. Doors opened at 5pm with an Underwood Lion’s pork chop dinner served in the commons area. Members and customers then made their way to the gym to register for the meeting, visit with staff and board members, see product demonstrations and more.
At 6:30pm, Park Region’s Business Operations Manager Ashley Schauff welcomed those in attendance and introduced Underwood High School Student Chloe Cruz to sing the National Anthem. President Keith Sellner then called the meeting to order, declared the quorum had been met, and called for approval of the 2024 meeting minutes. Company Attorney Ryan Fullerton reported on the election process. President Sellner declared the following individuals were re-elected by acclamation to the positions of Director at the close of the 2025 Annual Meeting: Erhard Exchange – Pat Dillon and Maine Exchange – Tom Murphy. Two candidates were nominated to fill the open Underwood Director seat – Lee Bakken and Stephany Wold. A ballot election was held, the results of which were announced after the Manager’s Report. Park Region’s Controller Matt Holmquist provided the 2025 Financial Report and Park Region’s General Manager/CEO Dave Bickett reviewed the company’s activities in 2025 and previewed plans for the coming years. Company Attorney Ryan Fullerton then returned to announce Lee Bakken as the winner of the Underwood election. President Keith Sellner returned to the stage to declare the Director elections, followed by a Thank You from General Manager/CEO Dave Bickett.
Following the meeting adjournment, numerous prize drawings were held and included four grand prizes. Grand prize winners were Donna Barbknecht (65” Samsung TV & Fire TV Stick 4K Plus), Dennis Werner (Set of 2 Minnesota Vikings Game Tickets), Joyce Nerdahl (Set of 4 Minnesota Twins Game Tickets), and Tereasa Link ($200 Park Region Bill Credit).
