Meet the Chamber Board Member: Stephanie Grow 

Stephanie is one of the newest additions to our Chamber Board and serves as the Branch Director for the YMCA of the Northern Sky here in Fergus Falls. She stepped into her leadership role at the YMCA in December 2024 and has officially called Fergus Falls home since January 2025. She hasn't looked back since—she absolutely loves this town! 

For Stephanie, being a Chamber Board Member is all about the "wonderful opportunities to make new connections and collaborating for the common goal of making Fergus Falls the best community it can be!"

Beyond her professional life, Stephanie has a creative side you might not know about: she is a talented oil painter and potter. She also lives by a meaningful piece of advice she received years ago: allow yourself the time and space to discover who you truly are and identify your core values. In her words, "Be authentically yourself!" This mindset is reflected in her favorite quote by Marianne Williamson: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…”

We are honored to have Stephanie on our Chamber Board. She is a great reminder that a thriving community is built by people and businesses who bring their unique dreams and skills to the table.
