Land Title Specialist

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a full-time Land Title Specialist position in the Recorder's Department.

This position is responsible for assisting the County Recorder and processing and preserving official records for posterity and legal purposes including real estate records, tax liens, military discharge records, birth, death, marriage, notary and ordination records, and personal property records.  Work is performed independently within established policies, laws and regulations and is reviewed by the County Recorder.
