Nunsense
The Little Sisters of Hoboken are coming to Fergus Falls!
The Minnesota State Community and Technical College Theatre and Music Departments present the frolicking, habit-forming musical comedy “Nunsense” on the Fergus Falls campus in performances March 2-10.
The Little Sisters are sponsoring a show to raise funds to bury the 52 residents of their convent who were accidentally poisoned by the convent cook, Sister Julia (Child of God). Written by Dan Groggin, the comedy includes a Mother Superior who misses the spotlight, a nun who can’t remember who she is, interpretive dance, a cooking lesson and (risqué) nun humor.
Cast members include M State students Jeanne Lindstrom of Cokato; Taylor Larson, Alise Werner, Jamie Olson and Mariah Seidel of Fergus Falls; Sidney Imsande of New York Mills; and Libby Poyzer of Elbow Lake.
Nunsense is directed by M State theatre instructor Stephanie Gerhardson and M State choral music instructor Teresa Ashworth.
