In business, how you speak and how you write tells the public a lot about your company or organization. This three-session course provides proven ways for you to present a pleasant, professional image of your organization face to face, on the telephone, in emails, and in formal business letters. You will practice each of these forms of communication. In addition, you will take with you links to useful Internet sources you can refer to at your desk. There will be hands-on exercises during the class sessions and homework between the sessions so you can apply what you are learning in your own environment. Class Dates: Jan. 20, 27, Feb. 3.
